Where do you deliver to?
We ship to the UK only. Please see our delivery page for shipping costs.
When will my order be shipped?Orders are shipped Monday to Friday and we aim to ship orders within 1 working day.
Orders received after 1pm on Fridays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
You should receive your order within 1 to 7 days of shipping, depending on which delivery service you have chosen.
I put items in my basket a few days ago, when I went to checkout it wouldn't let me buy the quantity I wanted.
Placing items in your shopping basket does not reserve them.
If the quantity you would like is no longer available, it means that the in-stock level is no longer high enough to allow you to check out with your chosen quantity or it is now out of stock.
Our stock lines change constantly and some items may not be available any more.
Please check the product page for it's current stock status.
Where can I check on the status of my order?
You will need to have registered for an account during checkout to check the status of your order. You can sign in here.
If you have chosen a tracked delivery service you can find the tracking number by clicking on the order number in your account area.
If you do not have an account, but would like to know the status of your order, please email us with your order number and postcode.
Can I place an order over the telephone or by email?
We do not accept orders over the phone or by email.
Why have I not received an order confirmation/dispatch email?If you have not received an order confirmation/dispatch email, please check your spam folder.
If not in spam, please contact us, as there may be an issue with your email address (e.g. there maybe a typo, it is bouncing, or an old email has been used).
Can I change my delivery address?
We can only ship to the delivery address given at the time of ordering.
Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes, you can. You have 14 days from receipt of order to return a product(s). Should you wish to return anything, please contact us by email to arrange.
My order arrived damaged
If your parcel arrives damaged, please retain all packaging. We will require photographs of the damaged parcel.
Please contact us within 2 working days of receipt of order to report damages.
My order has not arrived
If your order has not arrived, it has most likely simply been delayed in transit and will arrive in due course.
Please only contact us about non-receipt after the following time has elapsed:
1st and 2nd class: 14 working days after shipping.
Tracked 48: 9 working days after shipping.
Tracked 24: 8 working days after shipping.
Special Delivery: 6 working days after shipping.
Evri: 7 working days after shipping.
We are not able to follow up on delayed/missing parcels with postal carriers until these time-windows have passed.
I have sent you a message/email but you haven't replied.
We endeavour to respond to all messages within one hour during working hours on weekdays.
If you have not received our reply, please check your spam folder(s), before contacting us again.
Hotmail is particularly prone to sending email replies to spam.
